The Cinema Society Hosts Event For New Film “Home Again”

On September 6^th, The Cinema Society, in partnership with Elizabeth Arden and Lindt Chocolate held a private screening of the upcoming film “Home Again” starring Reese Witherspoon. The film is already receiving great reviews from critics as the perfectly sweet, heartwarming film perfect for the fall season after the long summer. The film was also directed by Hallie Meyers-Shyer, the daughter of acclaimed director and producer Nancy Meyers.

The event was held at The Paley Center on 52^nd Street, with the after party being held a few blocks south at The Skylark, a midtown venue with some of the best panoramic views of the city from its center. Other attendees of the event were Younger’s Nico Tortorella, Kelly Rutherford, Zac Posen, and Jill Rappaport. Guests enjoyed Qui Tequila cocktails cleverly dubbed Alice’s New Beginning and Filmmaker Romance in the spirit of Home Again’s story. As the film prepares for its full theatrical release, it’s off to a great start with New York buzzing with excitement.
