Gordon Ramsay just loves Las Vegas. Not only did his Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas celebrate five years in Sin City (with a special menu to boot), but the Scottish chef behind “Hell’s Kitchen” caught up with The Who during their resident show at Caesars Palace and created a very British menu at his restaurant Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at the resort.
Now through Aug. 31. Gordon Ramsay Steak has a special five-course menu to celebrate the restaurant’s fifth anniversary, created by the new executive chef, Christophe Doumergue, and team. Diners can team up the menu with a wine pairing from the restaurant’s Wine Spectator-awarded sommelier team, led by wine director Jeffrey Eichelberger, for $85.
The five year anniversary tasting menu in detail includes and double amuse bouche of oyster and Scotch egg with a Kumamoto oyster with red mignonette pearls and Berkshire pork sausage and red wine braised cabbage. The first course features a baby heirloom tomato salad with Burrata cheese, chive oil, roasted tomato vinaigrette,
micro cilantro and toasted pistachio.
Next comes seared scallops with Kaluga caviar crust, sweet pea, carrot risotto and lemon oil. Then, the roasted beef Wellington Rossini with glazed root vegetables, potato puree, seared foie gras and summer black truffle jus.
For dessert, vanilla mascarpone cheesecake with fresh Harry’s Berries strawberries, basil cream and strawberry dentelle.
