Tomorrow, head over to Jackson Square, the luxe shopping district, for the first annual Summer Stroll event. From 6 to 8 pm, local businesses will open their stores and offer special promotions, snacks, and drinks. Participating shops include Shinola, Theory, Isabel Marant, Filson, Rug Company, and many more.

The Bay Club is turning 40 this year and to celebrate they are hosting their first annual Fit Crawl on Saturday morning. The fitness challenge involves three back-to-back signature Bay Club workouts at different locations in SF with a guided one-mile walk/run between each station. Things start at the Bay Club Gateway at 10 am, with checkin as early as 9 am. The festivities conclude with a hospitality tent filled with Aloe Gloe, Bare Snacks, and Kind Bars. Afterward everyone is invited to Pier 23 for discounted beer drafts.

The 8th annual Glide Legacy Gala will take place at the San Francisco Design Center at 7 pm on Saturday, August 5. Over 1000 guests will gather to honor three individuals—Shiza Shahid, Shaka Senghor and Greg Kloehn —who are noted for their social impact to the community and their commitment to Glide. The Glide Ensemble and the Change Band will perform and DJ KingMost will get the crowd on their feet. There will be hor d’oeuvres by some of the city’s top restaurants including The Brixton, Farallon, Mourad, Taverna Aventine, and Twenty Five Lusk.

The V Foundation’s annual Wine Celebration is also on Saturday night at Nickel & Nickel Winery. The gala dinner is hosted by Mike (Coach K) Krzyzewski and his wife, Mickie,  with a live auction by John Curley and a private concert by Michael Franti and Spearhead. Over the past 19 years the event has raised more than $80 million for cancer research and related programs.
