Summer is still in high gear, and the best part of it are the exclusive partnerships that the season brings. Until September 4th, The Palm Court at The Plaza, New York City’s iconic destination for Afternoon Tea, will be adding a twist to its menu.

An exclusive cocktail and dessert pairing featuring NOLET’S Gin, The Palm Court’s new menu offering features two cocktail and dessert pairings, reflective of the fruit-forward botanicals in NOLET’S Gin (peach, raspberry, and rose) and created by The Plaza. In addition, The Palm Court’s classic martini cart will offer tableside NOLET’S Gin martinis throughout the partnership.

Savor the incredible Peachtree Fizz cocktail (NOLET’S Silver, peach puree, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, club soda and peach bitters) combined with The Palm Court Summer Verrine dessert, a combination of peach and Verbena Tea sorbet, raspberry and rose compote, ginger crumble, peach flower, crystallized rose petals, pink grapefruit pears and juniper pound cake.

Table side gin martini from the limited edition NOLET’S Martini Cart includes NOLET’S Silver, Vermouth and optional orange or grapefruit twist.
