Quick Hits: Mexican Favorite Dos Toros Launches “Restaurant Tweak” Menu

A play on the popular annual Restaurant Week event, the fast casual restaurant is introducing “Restaurant Tweak,” their take on the NYC tradition. The revamped menu will include an elevated fine-dining experience for guests at the Grand Central location (465 Lexington Ave) consisting of a prix-fixe menu, white tablecloths and candlelight.

From 5 PM to 9 PM on Monday 7/31 through Sunday 8/6, Dos Toros will serve a limited-time, two-course meal ($25 per person), featuring a curated group of local partners including Pat La Frieda, Dough and Brooklyn Brewery. The Dos Toros culinary team has carefully tweaked their signature Carne Asada Cali Quesadilla to incorporate premium cut Wagyu beef, adding a little decadence to the SF Bay Area taqueria favorite. To top it off, a horchata-inspired mini doughnut dessert and beer pairing will also be included.
