The Spa at the JW Chicago (151 W. Adams Street) is adding a whole new “element” to pampering this summer: 24K Gold. From now through September, the spa will offer three exclusive new treatments incorporating mineral-rich gold mud derived from the healing waters of the Dead Sea. Gold is known to stimulate skin cells, resulting in increased skin firmness and elasticity, and improved circulation.

The limited-time treatments include:

• An 80-minute 24K Gold Collagen Facial, designed to specifically target fine lines.
• An 80-minute 24K Gold Body Envelopment, which incorporates a MoroccanOil exfoliation, application of mineral-rich gold mud, and a 25 minute MoroccanOil scalp massage.
• An 80-minute 24K Gold Signature Luxe Massage featuring aromatherapy notes of citrus and vanilla and gold-infused massage oil  designed to leave just a hint of shimmer on the skin.

Treatments are offered a la carte ($205-$225) or packaged together: the 24K Gold Package includes a 50-minute facial and 80-minute massage ($375), while the 24K Gold Luxe Package incorporates all three services into four-hours of ultimate relaxation ($775). All 24K Gold treatments also include a complimentary glass of Champagne to add a little extra sparkle to your shimmering services.
