Quick Hits: Gilt City Warehouse Sale Hits Chicago Next Friday

If you enjoy shopping and like it even better with a glass of rosé in hand then mark your calendar, because the annual Gilt City Warehouse sale kicks off next Friday, May 19, 2017 at 1747 W Hubbard St. The ticketed event (tickets range from $5-$25 and can be purchased through Gilt City here) promises designer brands like Chloé, Valentino, Tibi, Sandro, Maje, The Kooples, Derek Lam, Helmut Lang, Jimmy Choo, Tom Ford, Paul Smith and John Varvatos at up to 80 percent off. Your ticket also comes with complimentary Chateau d’Esclans Whispering Angel Rosé (to ease the fact that warehouse sales tend to be an exercise in patience) plus Vita Coco coconut water and nutrition bars (to keep your energy up while you sift through the finds).

Need a break from the shopping or simply want a new look to complement your new purchases? The event will also feature onsite styling from local stylist and blogger Helen Berkun, complimentary makeup touchups by Spavia Day Spa and Glowout Salon, and a braid bar and dry hairstyling by Zazu Salon. Finally, there will be on-site pop-up shops from ROYCE New York and local brand Bon Aprontit.

Ticket prices are based on date and timing, and get less expensive as the sale goes on (and of course, more picked through).
