Just outside of Charleston on Kiawah Island, a stunning South Carolina beach mansion is for sale for $11,225,000, according to press materials.

Designed by Christopher Rose, the 2009-built, 7,845-square-foot residence, located on 1.87 acres and steps from the Atlantic Ocean, integrates rich walnut, Venetian plaster accents, and hand-hewn wrought iron, among other detailing, the listing states.

“One of Kiawah Island’s most elaborate beach homes, 130 Ocean Palms Court’s rich architectural design compliments the oceanfront property’s dramatic seaside vistas, with gold stone flooring, arched entries, and beamed ceilings,” say listing agents Jim Stuckey and Tricia Flanagan of Kiawah Island Real Estate.

Ocean views can be seen from nearly every room in the home, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
