Bar star Kate Bolton has created a menu of fabulous Alice in Wonderland themed cocktails for Lord George, the happening cocktail bar in South Park. The drink menu is the debut of Lord George’s new seasonally-rotating guest bartender series, Mavericks. The menu will launch on Monday, April 3 and it will be available for three months. A portion of each drink sold will be donated to the bartender’s charity of choice. The bartenders are given no restrictions to what type of drinks they create and Bolton’s selection of libations inspired by Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland is whimsical and fun. Drink Me is a tiny bottled serving of whiskey, cherry, absinthe, and bitters while the Cheshire Cat is a frothing mixture of tequila, pineapple, coffee tincture, lemon, and egg white with a smile stenciled on top. We can’t wait to try these fantastical concoctions!

The famed Marlowe burger is available as is another burger, from Park Tavern’s chef Trevor Ogden. It features Marin camembert, pickles, miso mayonnaise, spiced fries, and steak sauce. At the Cavalier, the same burger and Bordeaux promotion takes place on Tuesday nights. Chef Steven Dustin’s Cavalier burger has a patty with grilled beef. Summer has unofficially arrived in wine country: the pool at Francis Ford Coppola Winery in Healdsburg opens up for the season tomorrow, Saturday, April 1. For now it’s only open on weekends, Friday through Sunday. On May 29, it will be open every day until October 1. Reserve your spot for pool passes, lounge chairs, and cabines now as this is one of the summer’s hottest tickets and they will sell out. Weather wise the high tomorrow in Geyserville will be 84°F, so it looks like it will be a perfect pool day.
