Cocktail of the Week: Maple Sage Cream at The Rickey, Dream Midtown

Even though we’ve been enjoying a warm spell, there’s still a chill most nights and what better way to counter dropping temps than with a sumptuous cocktail full of rich, wintery-flavors.  Toast the Oscars this week with the luxe Maple Sage Cream Cocktail curated by star mixologist Johnny Swet for The Rickey at the Dream Midtown. The drink is a heady mix of maple syrup, heavy cream, and Nolet’s gin.

Here’s the recipe:

2 oz Nolet’s gin

.5 oz maple syrup

.75 oz lemon juice

.5 oz heavy cream

Garnish: sage leaf
