Take Flight this Sunday at Bagatelle Airlines Brunch
This weekend, Miami’s most infamous brunch takes on a new theme for travel enthusiasts and jet setters alike with Bagatelle Airlines Brunch. Wait staff will be dressed as flight attendants and pilots, matching the restaurant, which will be draped in aviation-inspired décor for the occasion. Champagne will be overflowing, music will be pumping and it will seem as though everyone has something to celebrate—which is only the norm for the euro-chic hotspot.
Executive Chef Matthieu Godard will be serving up the French Mediteranean fare that Bagatelle is so well known for (next to the lively parties, of course). The brunch menu has an array of options to satisfy every palate; Spicy Crab Bénédict and Les Oeufs Brouillés à la Truffe (truffle scrambled eggs) are some of our must-try breakfast favorites. Steak à Cheval (hanger steak topped with avocado and pico de gallo), Gnocchi à la Parisienne (gnocchi with black truffle sauce) and Châteaubriand (a center cut tenderloin, the perfect size for two or three) can perfectly satisfy any lunch cravings.
With locations in New York, Sao Paolo, Rio, Miami, Saint Barth, Saint Tropez, Dubai and Punta Del Este, it is almost surprising that an aviation-inspired brunch is only just surfacing for Bagatelle’s heavily jet set clientele. Two weekends ago, an Olympic-themed brunch took place at Bagatelle Miami Beach, appropriately celebrating the global festivities. Though the sporting events taking place weren’t televised during brunch, it was a hit. And we can expect nothing less this upcoming weekend.
This not-to-be-missed affair will be taking flight on Sunday, August 28th, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. For reservations, contact miamireservations@bistrobagatelle.com or call (305) 704-3900.
Whether it is your cure to a hangover or your means of getting one, be sure to not miss out on this weekend’s hottest first class party.
