Price Tag Goes Up for Brickell City Centre’s Residential Towers
Brickell City Centre, downtown’s massive new mixed-use retail development by Swire Properties Group, not only boasts a revolutionary outdoor shopping centre and EAST, Miami hotel, but also a pair of residential towers. The 43-story glass encased REACH and RISE towers will both offer 373 residences with Italkraft kitchens and city-view terraces, and an exclusive set of seven penthouses with upgraded finishes and 12’4” ceilings. The towers themselves offer state-of-the-art fitness centers, heated pools, playrooms, and effortless access to Brickell City Centre.
Swire Properties Group announced it has partnered with New York-based architectural firm Richardson Sadeki to furnish and style REACH and RISE’s interiors. This new partnership will further the level of luxury and design that Swire seeks to accomplish for the $1.05 billion mixed-use development. Contemporary design with warm tones and rustic textures will be the recurring theme for Richardson Sadeki’s interior design for the common spaces of the residential towers; their goal is to seamlessly extend residents’ living spaces into the common areas of the buildings, including lobby, library, and lounges.
Swire Properties Group has also announced its condominium tower REACH has attained over $180 million in sales, with only 10% left to be purchased, while its sister tower RISE is over 45% sold. On account of increased demand, unit prices have increased by 10% as of June 2016. “REACH and RISE have had phenomenal success with sales. Despite a softening internal market, the pace of closings at REACH is on track with over 20 per week,” said Maile Aguila, Senior Vice President of residential sales.
Residences at REACH and RISE are priced between $595,000 and $2.7 million, excluding penthouse prices which are available upon request. Upon its completion, Brickell City Center is destined to become Miami’s ultimate luxury fixture.
