Paraiso District’s Beach Club Rendering

The Meyer Davis designed beach club has broken ground in Miami’s up and coming Edgewater neighborhood. As part of the Related Group’s massive 11-acre, 4-tower neighborhood project, Paraiso District’s Beach Club will feature a waterfront restaurant by celebrated Miami chef Michael Schwartz. The ground floor will offer outdoor and indoor seating, and the second floor will boast a bar, lounge, and pool deck, all with unsurpassed views of the bay.

Inside NE 31st street, the masterplan’s four towers will change the Miami skyline and mark the Edgewater neighborhood. The Related Group’s GranParaiso, One Paraiso, Paraiso Bay, and Paraiso Bayviews have all broken ground, with Paraiso Bay already topping 53 stories. While the four towers are part of the same complex, each offers a unique living experience to its residents. GranParaiso and One Paraiso have been designed by Arquitectonica and Piero Lissoni, while Paraiso Bay was designed by Keith Hobbs and Enzo Enea, and Paraiso Bayviews by Karim Hashid. The stellar group of architects and designers illustrates the developer’s commitment to excellence in this revolutionizing project. The Related Group has also unveiled plans to dedicate a half-acre of land to the creation of a public park along Biscayne Bay.

GranParaiso, the final and finest building of the complex, will house the Beach Club and feature extraordinary amenities such as a yoga retreat, golf simulator, and private bowling alley. In addition, an exclusive selection of four-story bayhomes will be available for purchase upon completion. To accomplish the resort-style living Paraiso District aims to provide its residents, the Beach Club will also rent out speedboats, canoes, boards, wind surfing watercrafts, and fishing gear.

Edgewater’s neighborhood is ideally located a stone’s throw away from Wynwood, Midtown, and the Design District, and only a 10-minute car ride from Brickell, South Beach, and Miami International Airport. Honor the motto “we live where you vacation” and join future residents NBA player Manu Ginóbli, Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez, and megastar DJ David Guetta in the lap of luxury at GranParaiso.
