There’s a new king of San Francisco real estate. According to Business Insider, after a pricey property at 2250 Vallejo suffered a $3 million price cut, a stunningly ornate home on Scott Street now holds the title of the city’s most expensive listing.
Taking a tour through the 14,360-square-foot home, listed at an incredible $28 million, it’s easy to see why it demands such a luxurious price tag. The home, situated in the heart of San Francisco’s wealthy Pacific Heights neighborhood, features seven bedrooms and eight full bathrooms.
A colorful Tiffany skylight overlooks a twisting staircase, while the hallways and ceilings are adorned with rich, architectural detail.
The house boasts eight marble fireplaces and a serene rooftop deck, which features views of Bay Area landmarks like Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge.
