The Penthouse At Miami’s L’Atelier Is Going For $25 Million
An ultra-luxury residential development in Miami Beach, Florida, the L’Atelier Residences is a collaboration between SMG Management, W Capital Group, and Shamrock Holdings, which will feature the interior designs of Holly Hunt, architecture by Luis Revuelta, and lush landscape architecture from Enzo Enea. The oceanfront boutique’s top-floor penthouse is currently priced at $25 million.
The 8,000-square-foot-penthouse has an additional 8,000 square feet of outdoor space, which includes a rooftop area and multiple terraces. With six bathrooms and a private, 40-foot infinity pool, the six-bedroom-residence is located on the 17th and 18th floors. The duplex boasts both a living room and a dining room with 22-inch high ceilings, a floating glass staircase, an outdoor kitchen and lounge area, and private glass elevator entry, as well as 360-degree views of the ocean, coastline, and downtown.
“L’Atelier combines the exclusivity of Miami Beach with the vision of some of the world’s most creative minds; and the result is wondrous,” says the CEO of SMG Management, Meir Srebernik. “The final product will be a dynamic blend of minimalism, eclecticism, and modernism in the back drop of Miami’s beautiful beaches.”
The 18-story oceanfront high-rise, which will occupy the former location of the Golden Sands Hotel, will house more than 20 units. Here, residents will be treated to world-class amenities, such as access to a private beach area, an oceanfront infinity edge swimming pool, a pool bar and barbecue area, a spa facility and treatment room, a beauty salon, a state-of-the-art gym, a library, a meeting room, and a concierge and 24-hour valet service.
L’Atelier is projected to be completed sometime in spring 2018. Currently, pricing for units begins at $4.3 million.
