Milos Launches $44 Menu to Celebrate 4th Anniversary on South Beach

It’s hard to believe that Milos, the swanky Greek fish house with locations in London, Las Vegas, New York and Athens, is already celebrating four years in South Beach location. The eatery was created by Chef Costas Spiladis to represent the best of clean Greek cooking and change “people’s misconceptions of Greek food as just Gyros, Rice Pudding and Moussaka.” He accomplished his mission and now people think of charred octopus, succulent lamb chops, and fresh grilled fish prepared cleanly with a smattering of olive oil, sea salt and pepper.

To share the anniversary with their customers, the restaurant is offering a special $44 four-course, prix-fixe menu filled with some of their greatest hits including grilled Dorado, Greek Salad, Charcoal Grilled Octopus and Fried Zucchini Flowers. The menu can be had with a $30 wine-pairing featuring the wines of Greece, selected to compliment each course. The menu begins May 1st and lasts throughout the month. Diners lucky enough to catch it will experience some of the best Milos has to offer.

The menu is especially reasonable considering that one special fish from the case of freshly flown in European fare can cost close to $200.
