Chances are you’ve heard or read about her brother, Brett David, and his success story about taking over Prestige Imports in North Miami Beach, after their father’s untimely passing in 2007. But chances are you know little about his younger sister, Brooke David, who is seldom in the spotlight, and has liked it that way—until now. The brother-sister team share a powerful bond as business partners, and in life. Merging their worlds of exotic automobiles and now, luxury real estate, Brooke is making her own mark on Miami. When tragedy struck their family, at 15 years old, Brooke was too young to contribute and work along side her brother. After completing high school, Brooke went off to achieve her Business degree at Nova Southeastern University. While she continued to contribute to the family business that she and her brother co-own, she knew she had her own dreams to follow. Though Brett tried to convince Brooke to attend Law School, she saw the potential in this ever growing metropolis and decided to go a different direction. Fascinated with design and architecture ever since she was a little girl, Brooke was exposed to the brilliant work of her late grandfather, Louis Clerico, who was an accomplished artist, commercial interior designer, and a pioneer of the original Decorator’s Row on 40th Street (prior to the renaissance of Miami’s Design District).

Brooke envisioned carving her own space in the business world, serving as a luxury living specialist with a focus on real estate. It has been proven time and time again, that when the David’s set their mind to something, they make it happen. So Brooke David got to work and acquired her real estate license and joined Turnberry International Realty. Brooke has since partnered with Jessica Crockett and together they established The JB Team. Brooke’s beyond-her-years business savvy, relationships and family history served as the perfect complement to Jessica’s 13 years of real estate experience and connection to the Latin market.
