The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach has sold its first penthouse for $21 million, setting a record for Sunny Isles. The 52-story tower located on 250 feet of pristine beachfront, will have a total of 212 residences and should be completed in 2018.
This unbelievable pad is a full-floor penthouse on the 51 floor and combines two units. The entire space totals 7,735 square feet, setting the price per square foot at $2,715. The gorgeous residence was designed by renowned architectural firm, Arquitectonica and featuring interiors by acclaimed Italian designer Michele Bönan. This project is Bönan’s largest residential design project in the United States.
