Located in Midtown Dallas it has access to everything plus all of those gorgeous views of the skyline. We are partial to the Tower which holds the most luxurious homes. The 20 story building holds 62 residences including deluxe penthouses and a private Tower amenities area. The amenities that are exclusive to this luxurious building include the Aqua Lounge with a flat screen TV and gourmet kitchen, a private deck with a heated saltwater infinity pool and a parking garage.
When you are not strolling to Whole Foods, or shopping at North Park just across the street, you’ll might want to spend some time relaxing on the private deck or taking a quick dip in the infinity edge pool. Add a Prickly Pear Margarita and who needs a vacation?

The amenities are nice but the actual residences are incredible. They range from 1073 to 3800+ square feet with penthouses on the top two floors. There is direct elevator access with private entrances which, let’s be real, is always an impressive welcome to the relative that said you’d never amount to anything, right? You’ll also get Concierge services, a conference room, and an expansive view of Dallas. There is nothing quite as beautiful as Dallas at night, do you agree?
The living spaces have high ceilings and window walls that gives you the feeling that somehow you (and your furniture, of course) are floating above Dallas. The kitchens are definitely created with the gourmet in mind with granite countertops, glass tile backsplashes, double wall ovens, and custom cabinets. The cooktops are gas so you can get that bouillabaisse simmering at just the perfect temperature. Some kitchens have built in wine coolers.
Solar shades, hardwood floors, slate tiles, and Karistan carpets are an elegant foundation for the designer furniture you’ll fill it with. We see a visit to Bernadette Schaeffler in your future. The penthouses have private fireplaces as well.

Spa-inspired are bathrooms finished with Italian porcelain and stone, huge glass enclosed showers, and whirlpool tubs. Nothing really speaks luxury like a breathtakingly beautiful bath with a generously sized tub as far as we’re concerned. The Heights at Park Lane definitely played the elegant and luxurious card.
Dallas is experiencing a renaissance of the sophisticated elegance of the downtown, midtown, and uptown areas from a hundred years ago.
