Alexandra Daddario’s Haute LA Secrets
Alexandra Daddario may be a relative newcomer to the City of Angels, but suffice it to say, it’s treating her well. After breaking out in the 2014-Emmy nominated HBO series True Detective, she then recently starred in the summer’s biggest blockbuster, San Andreas. Upcoming films include The Layover and The Choice, but her latest role is that of brand ambassador for Movado. She was on hand to showcase new timepieces from the Swiss watch brand last week at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills; she joins acclaimed actress Kerry Washington and jazz legend Wynton Marsalis as faces of the brand. Here, this rising star and timepiece aficionado shares her haute LA secrets.

Best Aspect of Los Angeles: To me, there is a creative and offbeat nature to a lot of the people here. Most of the people I meet work in “the business” in one way or another. We’ve been through successes and failures together and there’s a kinship and support system that I love which comes from being around people who understand each other.
