2015 Miami Book Fair Presents: Lea Black and “Red Carpets and White Lies”
Now in its 32nd year, the Miami Book Fair is back hotter than ever – and adding a little glamour to the 2015 mix is none other than Real Housewives of Miami star, Lea Black.
Taking place this Saturday, November 21st, everyone’s favorite BRAVO reality star will host an exclusive book signing and Q&A in honor of her new book, Red Carpets and White Lies. Telling the believable tale of Miami socialite planning an extravagant party, and all of the scandal and drama that comes along with it, Lea’s fun-filled read hits home for many of us here in the Magic City. (And maybe a little too close for those of us who couldn’t stop watching to her show.)
Called an “irresistible novel” by BRAVO’s Watch What Happens Live host, Andy Cohen, and highly praised by Courtney Love, Red Carpets and White Lies – and Lea, herself – make one event at the fair you won’t want to miss. Further proving that fact is New York Times Best Selling Author and Pulitzer Prize winner, Dave Barry, who says of them both:
“There is nothing wilder, sexier or more over-the-top than the Miami celebrity scene. And as this highly entertaining book shows, nobody knows that scene, and its many steamy secrets, better than Lea Black.”
The 2015 Miami Book Fair is currently taking place at Miami Dade College’s Wolfson Campus, at 300 NE 2nd Avenue. The book signing and Q&A with Lea Black, for Red Carpets and White Lies, will take place at 5 PM in Room 8203, located in Building 8, on the 2nd floor.
