STK London Launches Champagne Brunch Party
STK London has launched it’s first Champagne Brunch Party in association with Laurent Perrier and Coco de Mer. Today (Saturday 3rd), 17 and 31 October the restaurant will come alive from 12 midday to 6pm as the lights dim, the music turns up and the entertainment begins.
A new brunch menu, created by executive chef Barry Vera, includes classic American brunch dishes with an STK twist such as Green eggs and ham, Pancake stack with maple syrup, streaky bacon and whipped butter and Steak, egg and chips because it wouldn’t be STK without steak. Three platters have also been created, designed to share with fellow partygoers. The Eggy platter includes duck Scotch egg, truffled scrambled eggs and eggs benedict and the Piggy platter offers Duke of Berkshire pork chop, smoked pork sausage, and crispy steaky bacon. The Sliders platter includes three versions the STK Lil BRGs, the classic with wagyu beef and special sauce, soft shell crab with celeriac and wasabi remoulade and BLT Caprese – bacon, lobster, tomato and mozzarella.
To get the party started the Champagne will be flowing between 12 midday and 2pm with bottomless Laurent Perrier Brut offered for £30 per guest. In addition, five special STK brunch cocktails will stir things up: step forward Flat White, French Toast, The Real Breakfast Mimosa, Rose Royal and Bloody Gazpacho.
In true STK style, guests should be ready for an all day party to kick start the weekend. DJ Charles will be on the decks joined by a Saxophonist and the Girly Show, London’s premiere dance act. Bottom line? STK London’s brunch will leave you wanting more…
