“This announcement is another major milestone for this project,” said Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development. “We realize that delivering the first-ever Porsche Design Tower while simultaneously reinventing parking technology has been very challenging for our team of contractors and engineers. What they have accomplished, as it relates to both the building and the new garage technology, is nothing short of compelling.”

Porsche Design tower is the company’s first venture in the residential real estate market. The tower is the first-of-its kind building with a patented automated car elevator system, which has been given the name the Dezervator after the project’s developer. The design had presented a host of engineering and construction challenges for Porsche Design Tower Miami’s contractors and engineers, which they have successfully overcome.

“The Dezervator, clearly the most striking feature of the building, has not only brought parking technology to a next stage of evolution, it has literally re-shaped condominium living, with the ability to have your vehicle literally at your front door,” said Ed Fallin, vice president and project executive with Coastal.

The futuristic lift is only one of many unique features of the tower which include plunge pools and outdoor summer kitchens on the balconies of almost every unit. And a state-of-the-art spa equipped with Vichy showers, a Sunset Terrace complemented with twin over-sized spa tubs, and oceanfront ballroom and multipurpose clubrooms. The clubrooms include a movie theatre and game room complete with race car simulators.

As if that wasn’t enough your car will be taken car of with a special Car Concierge who will tend to residents’s cars by providing regular maintenance, tire rotations, washing and other services.

The building which will be ready for residents in the second quarter of 2016 is so popular that there are only 8 residences remaining including an ultra-luxe, four-level, 16,915 square foot penthouse.
