Happy Hour at La Mar
La Mar is shaking up the Brickell nightlife scene with an all-new Thursday happy hour. The restaurant is know for its delicious Peruvian cuisine, energetic bar scene, and stunning bay and city views. A pisco sour and some ceviche on the side? Why not! The Happy hour will be available every Thursday from October 15th onwards and will feature $8 specialty cocktails, $6 beer and wine, $4 bites, and a live DJ.
Under the supervision of Eleftherios Kraounakis, who was recently appointed as head of La Mar’s expanded nightlife program, the Happy Hour will offer an exceptional opportunity to sip and savor creative cocktails designed by Lef and light bites by La Mar’s Executive Chef Diego Oka.
Happy Hour will take place weekly from 4pm to 7pm. The distinctive beverages include:
Pisco Sours (traditional and flavored) – Barsol Quebranta, lime, egg whites, simple syrup, and angostura bitters in a choice of traditional, maracuya, mango, guava, or chicha morada
Piscojitos – Barsol Acholado, lime, and fresh mint, in a choice of traditional, maracuya, mango, guava, lucuma, or berry
Lavender Twist – Bluecoat American gin, dry lavender, lemon, mint, and aromatic bitters
Spa Treatment – Grey goose vodka, cucumber, ginger beer, and lime
Some of the light bites created by Chef Diego Oka, which perfectly complement the refreshing cocktails and animated atmosphere, include:
Cebiche Criollo – Calamari, shrimp, yellow tail snapper, cancha, and aji Amarillo pepper leche tigre
Causa Salad – Beets, artichokes, Peruvian asparagus, piquillo peppers, and avocado over yellow potato causa
Anticucho Chicken – Free-range chicken, potatoes, choclo, and tari sauce
Pan con Chicharron – Pork belly sandwich with rocoto cream, and salsa criolla

Happy Hour at KLIMA Restaurant and Bar
The newly opened KLIMA Restaurant and Bar has debuted its daily Happy Hour. Following the launch of the weekly “Tapas & Turntables” music and culinary program every Wednesday, KLIMA has progressed to become a vital after-hours and culinary staple for Miami locals and visitors alike.
Resident mixologist at KLIMA, Raffaele Mitrugno, together with Executive Chef David “Rusti” Rustarazo, have created a special food and beverage happy hour bar menu for restaurant guests to enjoy during any evening occasion, whether with family, friends, or co-workers.
Between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday, KLIMA now offers a number of drink specials that includes any house liquor, signature cocktail or wines by the glass for $8 each.
KLIMA’s most popular signature cocktails include:
Bloody Hell – Vodka, homemade San Marzano mix and clam juice
Mojito Illegal – White rum, mint syrup and lime juice
Latitude 41 – Gin, fresh cucumber and lime juice
To accompany the reduced drinks menu are a series of custom-made Tapas style plates and other Mediterranean inspired dishes available at the bar and lounge area. Here’s a little taste of a few of the dishes:
