MIA: Nicola Siervo To Celebrate 50th With Blowout Birthday at Wall

Miami nightlife pioneer and hospitality wiz Nicola Siervo is going to have a fiftieth birthday party for the ages on Saturday, August 29th at Wall Miami, the club he co-founded and owns. The half-century fete will take place this weekend with as-yet-unamed surprises in store and a soundtrack by Chicco Secci and DJ Ferro.

Siervo’s nightlife resume is long and reads like the greatest hits of South Beach. Starting with Bar None, an early SoBe club he opened with Sylvester Stallone, to Bang, Joia, Mynt, Mokai and finally Wall at the swanky W South Beach. But there’s more to the story. He and partners Rony Seikaly and Karim Masri (which form the initials for KNR) have also vented into dining. Think Quattro Gastronomi Italian, Sosta Pizzeria | Enoteca, and The Dutch, which they manage as part of their SBH (South Beach Hospitality) brand. Clubs and restaurants that are part of KNR seem to have a magic touch — a mix of style and swank that only Nicola can bring.

Wall has served as the A-list playground since it’s opening in July 2009, playing host to celebs Leo DiCaprio, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Lopez, Zoe Kravitz, Michael Bay, Tom Cruise, and George Clooney.  Most recently it served as Nikki Hilton’s bachelorette spot before heading to jolly old England for the princess-like nuptials and an after party for former Culture Club frontman Boy George’s recent Miami show.

The small but glamorous club serves a s a hideaway from the chaos of the nearby strip and exemplifies modern Miami glam. Wall features  contemporary design by Moooi, a spherical Raimond chandelier, and LED screens, while harking back to South Beach’s glory days with a small, boutique feel instead of a sprawling super club that by virtue, can’t be as exclusive or as intimate. At Wall, the entire place is VIP.
