Haute Spots Dubai: 3 Courses At Eric Kayser
As one of the trendiest cities in the world, Dubai is blessed with its very own locations of some of the best dining options on the planet. Take, for example, Eric Kayser, one of the most popular and best high-end bakeries in the world. There are more than 100 Eric Kayser locations around the globe, with each having its own personality according to the city in which it is located.
The bakery offers a full line of flavorful breads and delectable desserts. Eric Kayser uses only natural leavening agents in all of its breads, pastries, and brioches. You can taste the difference too because those leavening agents make their breads and pastries extremely crunchy while enhancing the flavor and actually extending the shelf life without preservatives. In addition, the bakery offers a full line of gluten-free breads and pastries. Eric Kayser’s bakers also prepare fresh cakes and cookies every single day, including many classics which are available every day, all year round. In addition to these classics, the pastry chefs prepare some luxurious signature seasonal items, making each trip to Eric Kayser’s a special treat.

But Eric Kayser isn’t just about breads and other baked goods. They also have some delicious savory dishes, including both hot and cold sandwiches served on their freshly baked bread. The chefs also serve up quiches, soups, and salads made with seasonal vegetables. Also the Dubai Mall location of the boulangerie is offering a special seasonal three-course menu for lunch or dinner. Priced at AED 75 (down from AED 175), it includes a soup or salad, pasta or main, and dessert.

For the soup or salad course, diners can choose from a Greek salad, Caesar salad, or fattoush, or the soup of the day. For the main course, diners choose from chicken alfredo or arabiatta, a roast beef sandwich, eggplant gratin, or chicken pistachio. The dessert selection is whatever the pastry chef’s dessert of the day is. The three-course meal comes with water or a soft drink.
