MIA: Buy a Piece of Parrot Cay By COMO

The Turks and Caico’s celebrity haven, Parrot Cay by COMO, has long been one of the most exclusive communities in the Caribbean. Now they have announced the construction of four brand new beach houses that will be offered up for sale. The residences are part of Parrot Cay Estate, the island’s collection of privately owned residences.

The new, three-bedroom homes will each be 6,280 sq. feet and are slated to be completed by the end of 2016. Sotheby’s International Realty is listing the properties beginning at $6.5 million. The new beach houses will be the North Shore Beach section of the resort, only a  five-minute walk away from the main resort grounds, which include two fabulous restaurants, a world-class spa and historic main house.

The properties will be designed in the breezy, tropical modern style of Parrot Cay has become known for. They will have open-plan living and dining areas along with spacious outdoor decks, private infinity pools, and 115 feet of beach frontage. In addition to outdoor garden showers and full ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom, the homes’ two master suites will provide direct access to the pool terrace and look out over the Caribbean Sea.

Buyers will be able to make choices with a few options including custom-made Balinese or Italian furniture. They may not be able to choose their neighbors, which famously include Keith Richards and Donna Karan. Read all about the fabulous resort here.
