Winslow is being compared to a young Dwayne Wade, although he has already made a name for himself, being called a Swiss army knife on multiple occasions because of his versatility on the court, able to play shooting guard, small forward and defend a number of other positions.

Winslow is said to have the “it” factor because of his maturity and poise on AND off the court. A quality that is hard to find in players at such a young age. The rookie, who met with another Haute 100 lister, Heat owner Mickey Arison, is expected to make $11.2 million over the course of his first four years with the Heat which could foreshadow Wade’s future in Miami. Although President Pat Riley is rumored to be working on keeping Wade on the Heat.
