Ramadan at La Residence Restaurant & Lounge

Reflecting the charming ambiance and delicious cuisine of brasseries in Paris, La Résidence Restaurant & Lounge is one of Dubai’s latest culinary offerings. Located at Raffles Dubai, during Ramadan the venue has prepared a special menu of dishes.

Boasting a Parisian menu created by Michelin-star chef Frederic Vardon, the standalone restaurant has a separate entrance from the main hotel and features classic French recipes, with a particular emphasis on dishes made according to seasonality of produce in France.

For Ramadan, the set menu offered includes starters Sacrisitan, Feuillete Spinach and truffle, Courgette Moelleu, and Gougeres. This is followed by a selection of Organic soft-boiled egg; Landes Duck Foie Gras with toasted country-style bread, and salmon tartar. For the mains, guests can choose one dish from the following: Cod “Grenobloise” with green and white Swiss Chard; Lamb with Citrus Fruit, with vegetable piquillos and a tangy-spicy sauce; and Macaroni with Old Vintage Comté, which is served with Truffle ragout. And to finish off on a sweet note, the restaurant’s dessert trolley will swing by offering a tasty selection of succulent French favorites.
