Miami: Lana Del Rey To Play Palm Beach

One of pop’s sultriest stars, Lana Del Rey, will be landing soon in Palm Beach to play on June 16th at the Coral Sky Ampitheatre. She will be on the final leg of her Endless Summer tour, performing material from her latest album, Ultraviolence. She worked on the album with producer Dan Auerbach and told him that she wanted the album to sound like a blue flame. “You know, when a flame gets so hot it goes from red to blue,” said Del Rey.

Del Rey really does know how to bring the heat, as evidenced by her selection of wedding singer at Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s famous nuptials at Versailles.

The opening act will be Grimes, an electro-pop singer and producer, who Del Rey chose to open the last 10 shows of the tour. Interestingly, before Grimes Del Rey had former Hole front woman, Courtney Love open for the first eight shows.
