MIA: Jason Derulo Lists Coconut Creek Manse For How Much?
Miami born singer/songwriter Jason Derulo has put his Coconut Creek Mediterranean-styled mansion on the market for $2.9 Million. Derulo had bought the mansion for $1.75 million in 2012. The two-story home is listed by Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate as having seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The almost 13,000 square-foot mansion sits on a 2.3 acre property across from a country club. That country club is Adios Golf Club, making Golf Digest’s list of “Best Damn Clubs Around” in 2014.
The singer wanted his Coconut Creek home to be his sanctuary, so he put a wall around the property with a gated entrance. In addition he added Italian marble floors and renovated the guesthouse, turning it into a recording/dance studio. The guesthouse is said to be the location in which Derulo wrote his newest single Want to Want Me. The house also boasts a personal gym and an oversized pool with a waterfall.
Derulo, a new addition to the So You Think You Can Dance judge’s panel plans to move to another haute destination in L.A. buying a $3.5 million dollar castle-styled mansion in Tarzana. Although Derulo is rumored to be downsizing, his new abode is 11,000 square-feet and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms with a two bedroom, one bathroom guest unit. The said “downsized” mansion will have a lighted sports court, a 75-foot swimming pool AND a garage that can hold up to eight cars. Not too shabby.
