On Wednesday, chef/owner Brian Poe transformed his South End restaurant, Estelle’s Southern Cuisine, into CLUCKIT!
After much success serving tacos at the Rattlesnake, game meats at The Tip Tap Room and pub food at Bukowski Tavern in Inman Square, the newly branded restaurant focuses on Portuguese style piri piri spiced up chicken.
We caught up with Poe to find out what he loves most about Boston.
