On Saturday, Grammy award-winning artist Lil Wayne hosted a Fight Night After-Party in Las Vegas at the new pool club in town, Foxtail Pool Club at SLS Las Vegas.
Presented by Made Nightlife, the exclusive after-dark party featured a one-of-a-kind poolside performance by the famous Young Money mogul as he blazed across the venue with his explosive rhymes and hard-hitting beats.
The multi-platinum rap superstar arrived around 1:15 a.m., kicking off the celebration with a toast to Mayweather as he popped bottles of Dom Perignon with his crew. Before taking the stage for his highly anticipated performance, the rapper was seen mingling with famous Hip Hop artist Christina Milian in his luxurious VIP section. Drinks flowed throughout the venue as guests popped bottles at the VIP tables and cabanas, including The Roots’ famous drummer and joint frontman Questlove, Grammy-nominated hip hop goddess Ciara, young rap star Lil Twist and YMCMB artist Shanell. At 2:15 a.m., the crowd’s energy skyrocketed as Lil Wayne made his way to the stage, and rocked an energetic set to a sold-out crowd.
Also on property, Nick Simmons, son of famous Kiss member Gene Simmons, delivered an amazing live performance at The Sayers Club alongside the venue’s beloved Sessions band. Upon finishing his set, the young star and his girlfriend Rebecca Szulc made a special guest appearance at Foxtail Pool Club just in time to see Lil Wayne perform and enjoy the celebration for the ‘Fight of the Century.’
Gareth Emery hosted his own electrifying Fight Night party at Life Nightclub, where “Don’t Trust The B—- in Apartment 23” star Dreama Walker partied with a close group of friends at a VIP table. With an epic backdrop of flames, confetti and streamers, the world-famous Trance DJ played fan-favorite hits as partygoers crowed around the stage.
