Dish is serving up appreciation in style on Mother’s Day from 10 am to 3 pm with a four-course prix fixe brunch. If you’ve never been to Dish you need to go, anyway. The focus is on simple comfort food kicked up into high gear with plenty of flavor. On Mother’s Day you’ll begin with beignets and fruit muffins then move on to appetizer choices like shrimp and grits or brunch Texas Toast. The main course choices are just as delectable — the smoked chicken and mushroom chilaquiles with green tomato salsa and Cotija cheese would definitely be our choice.
