Time as many of us understand is a fickle friend, but, every now and then it grants us a most innocently beautiful moment, which we wish we could hold on to forever. One of these moments occurred during the presentation of the new Carl F. Bucherer collection during Baselworld 2015, as we were shown a stunning ladies model from the year before.

The Carl F. Bucherer Pathos Diva Joaillerie captures beauty and encapsulates it in each one of its diamonds. Unveiled in 2014, this graceful timepiece and homage to the roaring 1920s, the era which saw the birth of Carl F. Bucherer in Lucerne, Switzerland, radiates elegance and exclusivity.

The Pathos Diva Haute Joaillerie is set with countless baguette- and brilliant-cut diamonds and housed in an 18k white gold case. Hours and minutes are displayed within an unusual hourglass composition that features mother-of-pearl accents and slim symmetrical curves that wrap around the Roman numerals indicating the hours of 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock as they greet the edge of the bejeweled bezel.

The Diva Joaillerie houses Calibre CFB 1851, a quartz movement meaning the lady in possession of this watch won’t have to worry about handling its flawless diamond robe, other than strapping its diamond set bracelet around her wrist. A limited edition of 88 pieces, the Pathos Diva Joaillerie will transport you through time with beauty.
