Botaniko Weston: Ultra-Modern Luxury in Weston, Florida

A very cool new project is afoot in the city of Weston. Terra Group, the development group behind sensational projects, like GLASS, Grove at Grand Bay and Park Grove have broken new ground again with Botaniko Weston. Situated on the edge of Florida’s Everglades National Park, Weston offers an inviting landscape combined with a dynamic community, making it an ideal place to call home. The gated community will take contemporary sophistication to new heights with its unique, clean, modern, and stunning designs.
Botaniko Weston is a collection of 125 single-family homes. One and two story homes are available and range from 4,200 to 7,200 square feet. The interiors were designed by tennis star and clothing designer Venus Williams and compliment the sleek exteriors of the ultra chic homes. From lush landscaping by famed designer JEFRË to modern architecture by the distinguished Chad Oppenheim and Roney Mateu, Botaniko proves it is not your stereotypical suburban gated community.
The tranquil and secluded community covers 100 acres, which will feature jogging and biking paths, pocket parks, and refreshing lakes. The gatehouse will be staffed 24 hours a day with security cameras and state-of-the-art closed circuit television. While Weston may seem a little far-flung to Miamians, it’s important to keep in mind that it is ranked number 15 of the best places to live in America.
An exclusive pre-launch cocktail event is set to take place on April 29th to introduce the development to a select group of industry taste-makers and brokers. Pedro and David Martin of Terra Group will be attending, as well as architects Chad Oppenheim and Roney Mateu, who will be giving details about the much anticipated project.
