Miami: Mast Capital Launches Boutique Louver House Project in SoBe’s SoFi

Ultra-chic, small boutique buildings have really come into their own in recent years. The latest cool one is Louver House in Miami Beach’s posh South of Fifth area. It’s a 12-unit building with spacious units ranging from 2,088 to 2,432 square feet designed by famed architect, Rene Gonzalez.

The project is Mast Captial’s first foray into development, a natural extension for the real estate investment firm run by CEO Camilo Miguel Jr.

The architect says the building will “both reflect and respond to it’s natural environment.” We’re pretty sure it will reflect exactly what Miguel was searching for “design without compromise.” Units in the three-story building are priced from $1.9 to $3.5 million, which seems quite reasonable compared to some of the recent, record-breaking sales in the area.
