Haute Event: Hing Wa Lee, Haute Time and Ulysse Nardin Host Omakase Experience for Instagram Car Collectors

The worlds of haute horlogerie and rare car collecting collided when David Lee, Chairman of Hing Wa Lee, Seth Semilof, Publisher of Haute Time, and Ahmad Shahriar, Regional Manager of Ulysse Nardin hosted a gathering of the top auto Instagram celebrities in the country. Famous Instagramers like @crimebydesign, @chemicalmethod, @mrmarksolomon, @8bc8, @thebleugatti, @jasonofbh, @pablogm88, @jkplatinum of Platnum Motors and @ahmadshahriar descended on Walnut, California for a day of connecting through a mutual love of luxury cars, haute watches, and good times.

The event was an unprecedented gathering of the world’s rarest supercars including the Ferrari Enzo, an Original Pagani, the 50th Anniversary Lamborghini, a Bugatti, and a custom Ferrari from Platinum Motor Sports.

Walnut is the home of Hing Wa Lee, a veritable Mecca for luxury watch enthusiasts, boasting rows upon rows of the finest, rarest, and most expensive luxury timepieces on the planet. The car collectors parked their rides outside of Hing Wa Lee before heading to Ootoro Sushi for an “Omakase” experience hosted by Hing wa Lee’s David Lee, Ulysse Nardin, and Haute Time.

At Ootoro, guests dined on the finest wines, sake, and sushi in Southern California. While at lunch, guests also had the luxury of pursuing select pieces from Ulysse Nardin, including a Royal Blue Tourbillon, Stranger, Freak and a Skeleton Tourbillon. The day ended with group photos of the guests and their amazing cars.
