Calling all collectors! Haute Living is saving two seats to a fabulous wine dinner for wine collectors with the hautest collection. Of course, they’re going to have to prove it by photographing their best bottles and putting it up on Instagram tagging @hautelivingmag and using the hashtag #hautecollector.

The dinner is on Thursday, February 19th, and is an exclusive Wine & Food Festival edition of The Forge’s Wine Dinner Series hosted by owner Shareef Malnik and Haute Living CEO Kamal Hotchandani along with Alain Dominique Perrin, the owner of Chateau Lagrézette. The vineyard is 500 years old and produces a wide range of full-bodied red wines using a combination of Malbec, Merlot and Tannant grapes. The producer’s flagship wine is Chateau Lagrézette and it’s most exciting one, is the luxury cuvée, “Le Pigeonnier.”

Perrin has owned Chateau Lagrézette since 1980, and in that time has taken the estate from neglected castle to a fully-restored, pampered property, reflecting its former glory. He elevated the product along with it. Perrin revitalized Cartier before becoming CEO of Richmont, parent company of Cartier and many other luxury brands including IWC, Piaget, Montblanc, Chloé.  He is also involved in the arts, France’s  Minister for Culture appointed him President of the Public Establishment of the Jeu de Paume, dedicated to art and photography, he is on the International Board of the Tate Gallery and a great collector of contemporary art, attracting many great artists to the estate over the years including David Lynch, Elton John, Helmut Newton and Herb Ritts.

Dinner is four courses prepared by Executive Chef Christopher Lee and Pastry Chef Alycia Delaney.
