We recently reported that San Francisco’s booming tech industry is making the city a surprising new haven for ultra-rich real estate buyers that have ditched more typically haute locales like New York and London. Now, The little city that could is smashing its own real estate records with a new penthouse that’s set to go on sale for an astronomical asking price of $49 Million.

The 15,000 square foot San Francisco penthouse — located on the 41st and 42nd floors of one of the currently under-construction Lumina towers — features 20-foot-tall ceilings and a Curvilinear wall of glass that overlooks the Bay Bridge. Moving outside, there are eight terraces that make up 1,200 square feet of space, as well as private access to a rooftop deck. The penthouse also includes two kitchens, five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half baths. Residents of the two buildings will have access to amenities like a fitness center and an organic grocery delivery service that works through a mobile app.

Sales of the Lumina towers’ 656 units began in the last quarter of 2014, with the developers of the twin luxury buildings eyeing a completion date of summer 2016. The complex’s most affordable spaces start at around $2 million for a two bedroom unit. So far, 200 of the buildings units have been put under contract, and 80% of the buyers are local to the area.
