The M Diet Detox Arrives In Time For January
Trousers feeling a tad tight after Christmas? There’s a chance the dry cleaners may have shrunk them but let’s face it: the reality is that we have probably all scoffed far too many mince pies.
If you need help getting healthy again, make for M – a fabulous dining and drinking concept (M encompasses two restaurants, a wine tasting bar, a destination cocktail bar, private dining rooms, event spaces and a secret den) in the heart of the city where head chef, Jarad McCarrol (formerly of the Chiltern Firehouse) has created a very special Detox diet to kick-start the New Year.
Throughout January, M’s RAW restaurant – one of the 100-cover restaurants within M – is offering a three meal daily diet adding up to a mere 800 calories. The menu features a gluten, wheat and dairy free Coconut quinoa Porridge and RAW juice breakfast, lunch of a Sashimi sampler platter and a shiitake and Kombu gluten free ramen dinner.
RAW is serving breakfast daily from 7am and, once the first meal of the day is done, diners can book in for both lunch and dinner to complete the M detox.
Situated on the iconic Threadneedle Street, home to the Bank of England, M is the first solo project from Martin Williams, who left his role as Managing Director of Gaucho Restaurants earlier this year after almost a decade with the company, to establish his own restaurant group.
