Smashburger Debuts on The Strip

Smashburger hit the Strip with its first location on Las Vegas Boulevard on Tuesday. The newest of Smashburger’s nine locations sits inside Caesars Palace’s brand new 14,900-square-foot Forum Food Court.

“We are excited to bring Smashburger’s better burger to the Las Vegas Strip. Satisfying and real, basic and good, affordable and fresh — Smashburger is a place with a burger soul,” says Tom Ryan, founder and chief concept officer of Smashburger. “With a broad menu of handcrafted burgers, chicken, salads, signature sides and handspun shakes, Smashburger has something for everyone and we are proud to be opening at Caesars Palace.”

The secret to the Smashburger is the smash. The restaurant uses 100-percent fresh, never frozen, all-natural Certified Angus Beef smashed on a 400 degree flat grill to sear in the juicy flavor. To further the “better burger” experience, the delicious burgers are served on toasted artisan buns and topped with a selection of the freshest produce, real cheeses, and highest-quality condiments.

Smashburger is more than just burgers. Customers can also enjoy a selection of tender marinated grilled or crispy sandwiches and fresh-tossed signature salads, along with a variety of irresistible sides including rosemary and garlic–seasoned Smashfries, Haystack Onions and Veggie Frites (flash-fried and seasoned carrot sticks and green beans). The restaurant will also serve a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages ranging from handspun shakes, root-beer floats in frosted mugs and beer.

The restaurant is now open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
