Paris Hilton, Michael Bay and Friends Gather For Kehinde Wiley Preview at Grutman’s House
Visiting celebs get first dibs on Kehinde Wiley auction that includes portraits of Spike Lee and Carmello Anthony.

LIV kingpin David Grutman, threw a little art soiree at his home for a few celeb friends to get a loot at portrays by artist Kehinde Wiley where they had the opportunity to see portraits of Spike Lee, Swizz Beatz, and Carmelo Anthony, and submit pre-bids ahead of the public auction on Thursday at the SLS Hotel.
The event kicked off with a lively cocktail reception, where guests mingled poolside while enjoying hors d’oeuvres and cocktails by GREY GOOSE Le Melon. The inclement weather hardly put a damper on the evening, as guests gathered around the original works, which feature subjects posed in Kehinde Wiley’s signature royal iconography. Kehinde Wiley gave a speech to officially unveil the three works together.
Paris Hilton was spotted later with Swizz, casually posing for photos and congratulating him on his portrait. Other guests in attendance included Michael Bay, Scottie and Larsa Pippen, and Thierry “Mr. Brainwash” Guetta.
All proceeds generated for the portraits will be donated to the “kings” respective charities – The Carmelo Anthony Foundation, the Swizz Beatz Bronx Charter School for the Arts and the NYU Graduate Film Production Fund, which will be the recipient of proceeds from the Spike Lee portrait.
