Festive Offerings from Frioul Bistro de Luxe
One of Dubai’s newest restaurants and most popular at that is Frioul Bistro de Luxe. A charming eatery set out in a sophisticated and brasserie-style ambiance and serving cuisine influenced by the South of France, Frioul has an enticing selection of festive offerings available for key dates over the holidays.
In addition to the restaurant’s culinary delights, New Year’s Eve will welcome internationally recognized Jazz songwriter, singer and pianist, Joe Stilgoe to Dubai. Joe will be elevating the New Years Eve spirit with contemporary musical offerings evolving throughout the evening encouraging an exquisite introduction to 2015.
Frioul is also serving an elegant Christmas Eve and Christmas Day menu including such specialities as Frogs leg with parsley and garlic purée; Cod brandade en croûte Crudités, truffle fromage blanc and confit rabbit and foie gras terrine. For New Year’s Eve dinner indulge in canapés and champagne on arrival ; moules billy bi ; red wine and mixed spice poached foie gras, citrus brioche and wagyu Chateaubriand, pomme Anna, buttered spinach and truffle jus, among others.
Decadent, elegant and extremely gourmet, these specially prepared menus are served just right for a memorable evening.
