The much-loved Parisian brasserie and patisserie is celebrating its one year anniversary in Dubai and with an indulgent new menu.
The cafe has quickly become one of The Dubai Mall’s most popular spots of a quick or leisurely meal. In addition, Angelina has collaborated with numerous high profile brands over the past year including Manolo Blahnik, Alice Temperly and Michael Kors. Celebrating this success, the team will introduce new menu offerings, showcasing a variety of gourmet delicacies. Available from 15 January 2015, Angelina will offer a wider selection of dishes for patrons to enjoy, each of which has been carefully crafted to appeal to even the most discerning diners, in an elegant and refined setting.
The new menus feature a host of ten new dishes that are perfectly suited for elegant dining from breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Key highlights include the Millefeuille of crab & Granny Smith Apple, Morel Risotto, Pot Au Feu Revisited, as well as the Tortiglioni Arabiatta.
We’re certainly enticed by Angelina’s new menu which includes such items as the following:
Mushroom Quiche: pastry filled with savory custard, sauteed paris mushrooms & grana padano cheese.
Organic Poached Egg: Creamy morel sauce & parsley croutons
Millefeuille of crab & Granny Smith Apple: Layers of thinly sliced granny smith apple, dressed crab meat, avocado brunoise & wedges of grapefruit.
Chestnut Soup: A hearty pureed soup of chestnuts served with truffled goat cheese cream.
Morel Risotto: Crusted grana padano & fresh spinach leaves.
Sea Bass Filet: Pan fried sea bass filet, wild rice pilaf, curry sauce.
Beef Filet: Grilled beef tenderloin, anna potato galette, roasted mushrooms, braised endive & jus
Pan Fried Scallops: Black venere rice, shellfish cream, alfa alfa sprouts.
Tortiglioni Arabiatta: Tortiglioni pasta, tomato & goats cheese sauce, slow roasted tomatoes & taggiasca olives
Pot Au Feu Revisited: Slow cooked beef cheeks, heirloom carrot, turnip, potato, pickles and broth.
