Studio Gang Reveals Design for new 14 story residential tower

After much anticipation, Studio Gang Architects has released fresh renderings for the prismatic residential tower that will be completed by 2016 in the Design District. Based off an angular, lantern-like shape, the project is a collaboration between Kobi Karp Architecture, Miami Design District Associates and Dacra and L Real Estate.

With Studio Gang’s principle of exo-spatial high-rise designs, the building will have 76 residential units that will frame the relaxing panoramic views of Biscayne Bay.
