Avril Lavigne Celebrates Her 30th Birthday at The Bank

Rock superstar Avril Lavigne celebrated her 30th birthday in Vegas at The Bank at the Bellagio over the weekend.

Lavigne arrived in Vegas via a private jet and enjoyed an intimate dinner at Akira Back’s Yellowtail Restaurant & Lounge with close friends before going to The Bank Nightclub for her birthday bash.

Before heading inside, the “Hello Kitty” singer walked the red carpet where she set off a flash frenzy. Looking pretty in a hot pink satin strapless dress and nude heels, Lavigne was all smiles as she posed for pics.

Inside, Lavigne was escorted to a private VIP table above the nightclub’s dance floor. Shortly after arriving at her table, The Bank Nightclub staff surprised the singer with a gigantic birthday cupcake — a nod to Lavigne’s “Hello Kitty” music video. Partygoers sang “Happy Birthday” to Lavigne as she posed with the cake and danced with gal pals to Rihanna’s “Cake.”

Throughout the night Lavigne chatted with her friends, snapped photos with fans and held onto a fun pink toy princess septor as she took in the scene. Lavigne could be seen having a blast with friends as she playfully danced to songs including Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda.” After a fun-filled night at the nightlife hot spot, Levigne and friends left the nightclub at 2:45 a.m.
