Yigit Pura’s Sweet Creations Await at Tout Sweet Pâtisserie

Nestled on the third floor of Macy’s Union Square, Tout Sweet infuses an authentic French ambience with a clean and modern California perspective. It is the brainchild of Top Chef Dessert Season One winner Yigit Pura and Taste Catering and Event Planning’s co-owners, MeMe Pederson and Janet Griggs. Inspired by Pura’s many travels throughout the world, Tout Sweet whets the appetite and imagination of guests with a delectable selection of sweet and savory treats including Pura’s trademark French macarons, petit gâteaux, verrines, as well as a rotating menu of seasonal offerings and signature and celebration cakes.

Don’t miss Pura’s limited edition Hedwig and the Angry Inch-inspired macaron, which is his latest sweet creation that pays tribute to the current Tony Award-winning Broadway production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch. It’s a delectable bourbon-orange marmalade ganache with a brandied cherry center, covered in edible red glitter. But don’t waste a moment!  The “Hedwig Schmidt” sweet little piece of heaven can be yours for a limited time only.
