GLASS’ Luxury Sales Center Turns Into Buyers Lounge After Quick Sell-Out

So, what do you do with your fancy sales center when your project sells out in record time? Turn it into a buyers lounge, of course. That’s what Terra Group is doing with the GLASS sales center in Miami Beach’s tony South of Fifth neighborhood. It is, after all, a beautifully appointed, fully furnished living space with a full kitchen and all the finishes that the 18-story residential tower designed by Rene Gonzalez will offer discerning buyers. So what does that mean? If your one of the 10 people who bought one of these palatial units, you’ve got a little club house all to yourself. A home away from home that looks and feels like your future home.

Considering the location, steps from the beach, and nestled amongst the hot new restaurants of SoFi, it stands to reason that buyers might actually take refuge in the serene spot. Especially after the two new major works of art arrive by Tracey Emin and Saint Clair Cemin, who will be at the lounge for a special dinner in October.  They can get to know their future neighbors, meet with their architect (after all, the lounge is an exact replica of a unit) or even host a cocktail party— after all it’s their spot.
