Miami Spice has been underway for two weeks now, but fret not, there are still six more. We’ve rounded up the best Spice menus from our favorite Asian haunts: the Sushi Lounge at the St. Regis Bar, Makoto and Khong. While Makoto gets points for the widest and best offerings for the $39 dinner menu, they are all winners offering up the best cuisine from their respective categories.
Makoto
The lunch and dinner menus are different. We’re going to focus on the dinner menu because it’s the biggest and most exciting.
First course offers a choice between Makoto House Salad, Chicken Noodle Ramen, Hamachi Pastrami, Ono Carrot and their famous Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice bites.
Second Course is a choice of: Skirt Steak with Avocado and ginger puree, Hot Pepper Chicken, Grouper Tempura, Duck Ramen, or either a chef’s choice Sushi Combination or a Veggie Maki.
Dessert is either Matcha Tiramisu or Sudachi Cheescake with a coconut almond crust.

St. Regis Bar
Dining in the St. Regis Bar is a special treat. Soft, live jazz, beautiful decor and a laid, back sophisticated vibe make this a great place to not just meet, but eat dinner. Serving up amazing sushi and other Japanese fare, don’t forget this hotspot when thinking “spice”!

Khong River House
It may not be quite as hard to get a seat at Khong as it once was, but the food is still stellar and new menu items very creative. Khong’s Spice Menu is short on options but big on flavor.
Everyone starts with the Burmese Fresh Noodle Wraps with dried red chili, peanuts and cilantro because they are awesome and everybody likes them. Entree comes in two choices. The first being Chinese Pork Belly Fried Rice with Duroc pork, corn, Chinese sausage and a sunny side up egg. The second is Grilled Green Curry Salmon with jicama, Chinese broccoli and a side of Thai jasmine rice. Our recommendation? Get one of each and share for a light, yet hearty meal.
